Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing

Single jersey tees for retail programmes, uniform contracts, promotional runs and blank supply to decorators — produced in our own cut-make-trim unit so fit and fabric stay consistent order to order.

Knitted polo shirts and tees in a range of colours, produced by UNF Corp Inc.

What we produce

Crew and V-neck tees in regular, slim, oversized and boxy fits, for men, women and youth in XS through 5XL. Long-sleeve, ringer, raglan and pocket variants are all standard development.

Set-in or side-seamed construction, taped neck and shoulder, single or double needle hems — specified per programme rather than fixed.

Choosing a weight

Weight is the decision that most affects how a tee is perceived at retail. As a working guide: 140–160 GSM reads as a lightweight summer or promotional tee; 180 GSM is the commercial standard for most retail programmes; 200–220 GSM reads as premium and holds shape better through repeated wash cycles.

Combed cotton gives a smoother surface and better print result than carded at the same weight, at a higher yarn cost.

Decoration

Screen print, puff, high-density, discharge, water-based, embroidery, woven and printed patches, heat transfer and all-over sublimation. Artwork can be supplied as vector files or developed from your reference. Print placement is fixed at pre-production sample stage and held for repeat orders.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for custom t-shirts?
There is no fixed minimum. It is agreed per programme, because the practical floor depends on the fabric and how many colours you are running. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm.
What is the difference between 180 GSM and 240 GSM?
GSM is grams per square metre — the fabric's weight. 180 GSM is the standard commercial t-shirt weight. 240 GSM is noticeably heavier and more opaque, reads as premium, and is more common in oversized and streetwear-oriented programmes.
Can you match a sample garment I already have?
Yes. Send the garment and we will work back from it: fabric analysis, pattern, and a counter sample for your approval before production.
Do you supply blanks without decoration?
Yes, plain-body supply is a substantial part of our knitwear volume.
