What we produce
Everyday knitted essentials for commercial programmes: t-shirts, polos, hoodies, crew sweatshirts, fleece, joggers, uniforms and promotional apparel. We work equally on plain-body supply for decorators and on finished, retail-ready private-label programmes.
Because the stitching happens in our own unit, a repeat order runs on the same pattern, the same fabric specification and the same line — which is what keeps fit and print placement consistent across seasons.
How a knitwear programme runs
- Brief and costing — you send category, fabric direction, quantity and target price; we come back with a costed proposal.
- Development — fabric approval, lab dips and a fit sample against your block. See product development.
- Pre-production sample — correct fabric, correct trims, signed off before the line loads.
- Production and inspection — six fixed checkpoints under quality assurance.
- Packing and export — labelling, cartons and documents through export support.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for knitted apparel?
There is no fixed minimum. It depends on the fabric, the colour count and how the programme is planned, so we agree it with you per order. Send us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm what is workable.
What fabric weights do you offer?
140 to 360 GSM across single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, French terry, fleece and waffle. Lighter weights suit tees; 240 GSM and above suits sweatshirts and hoodies.
Can you supply blank garments for decoration?
Yes. We supply plain bodies for print and embroidery houses as well as fully finished private-label programmes with your labels, tags and packaging.
How long does production take?
Indicatively 45 to 60 days from an approved sample and confirmed trims. Development before that typically adds three to five weeks depending on how many fit rounds are needed.
