Cut, make and trim unit
Our own stitching unit in Pakistan handles knitted apparel end to end: marker making and cutting, line assembly, finishing, pressing, labelling and carton packing.
To be completed: line count, machine types and quantities, monthly capacity by garment type, headcount, and floor photographs.
Partner facilities
Denim finishing runs through partner facilities with the wash capability denim requires. Terry and home textiles run through partner mills. In both cases the same six quality checkpoints apply, and we manage the programme rather than passing you to the mill.
