Product portfolio

Knitwear leads. Everything else supports it.

Our deepest capability is knitted apparel, where we control the path from fabric selection and fit development through cutting, stitching, decoration and packing. Denim runs as a second established programme, and the home-textile range lets buyers consolidate categories with one supplier.

02

Cut, Make, Trim

Our own stitching unit for knitted apparel — cutting, assembly, finishing and packing.

03

Private Label

Woven and printed labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons to your brand standard.

04

Quality Assurance

Six fixed checkpoints from fabric approval to AQL pre-shipment inspection.

05

Export & Documentation

Booking, packing lists and shipping documents for your customs broker.

06

Long-Term Supply

Repeat programmes with held patterns, reserved fabric and a planned calendar.

Quality assurance

Six checkpoints, in order.

Every order passes the same sequence, and each stage has to clear before the next begins. That is how a repeat order stays identical to the sample you signed.

01 · Material approvalComposition, GSM or denim weight, shrinkage and trim verification against the approved card.
02 · Shade controlLab dips reviewed under agreed lighting, then locked to a signed shade band for the full lot.
03 · Pre-production sampleCorrect fabric, correct trims, full construction — approved before the line is loaded.
04 · In-line inspectionMeasurement and workmanship checks during stitching, so a fault is caught in hundreds, not thousands.
05 · Finishing inspectionWash or decoration result, labelling, folding and presentation checked against the approved sample.
06 · Pre-shipment reviewAQL-based final inspection, carton marking and packing verified before booking is released.
