02 · Shade controlLab dips reviewed under agreed lighting, then locked to a signed shade band for the full lot.
03 · Pre-production sampleCorrect fabric, correct trims, full construction — approved before the line is loaded.
04 · In-line inspectionMeasurement and workmanship checks during stitching, so a fault is caught in hundreds, not thousands.

Frequently asked questions
What AQL level do you inspect to?
Pre-shipment inspection is AQL-based and the level is agreed per programme. Tell us your standard and we will inspect to it.
Can we send our own inspector or a third party?
Yes. Third-party inspection at pre-shipment is welcome and we will schedule around it.
What happens if an order fails inspection?
It is reworked or re-inspected before booking is released. Nothing ships on a failed report without your written agreement.
