Performance polyester and poly-cotton constructions are available where moisture management or laundry durability matters more than hand feel — common in uniform programmes.
Collar construction
Collar is where cheap polos fail. A knitted rib collar holds shape better than a cut-and-sewn self collar but costs more and limits colour matching. We specify which you are getting at sample stage and hold it for repeats, with the collar shade banded separately from the body.

What fabric weight should a corporate polo be?
180–200 GSM pique is the usual specification for corporate and promotional wear. 220–260 GSM reads heavier and more premium, and is more common in retail and hospitality programmes.
Can you tip the collar and cuffs in our brand colours?
Yes. Tipping is specified at development and matched to a signed shade band.
